GetPaid.page ('GetPaid', 'we') is a software-as-a-service platform that facilitates payments and payouts for digital creators. We are not a bank, wallet, or money transmitter. All payment processing and fund transfers are handled by our regulated third-party partners ('Payment Partners', e.g., Paddle, Stripe, Wise). This policy applies to all users, creators, and transactions on the platform.

For clarity in this policy: 'Adult Content' includes pornography, sexual services, and explicit nudity. 'High-Risk Financial Content' includes trading signals, unauthorized investment advice, and 'get-rich-quick' schemes. 'Prohibited Products' includes weapons, illegal drugs, and counterfeit goods. 'Misrepresentation' includes unsubstantiated earnings claims, fake testimonials, and misleading marketing.

You may not use GetPaid to sell or promote: (a) Illegal products or services; (b) Adult pornography or sexual services; (c) Gambling, betting, or lotteries; (d) High-risk financial products (unlicensed securities, binary options, forex, crypto schemes); (e) Fraudulent or deceptive products; (f) Products infringing on third-party intellectual property; (g) Hate speech or content inciting violence; (h) Any activity prohibited by the restricted business lists of our Payment Partners (Stripe, Paddle, Wise).

You must own or have proper rights to all content you sell. We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, and disclose user information to rights holders or authorities upon receipt of a valid infringement claim. Repeat infringers will be terminated.

We prohibit misleading marketing practices. You may not make 'guaranteed income' claims without verifiable evidence. All earnings claims must be substantiated. Use of fake testimonials, fabricated results, or deceptive scarcity tactics is grounds for immediate account termination and payout forfeiture.

You explicitly acknowledge and agree to comply with the acceptable use policies and restricted business lists of our Payment Partners (including but not limited to Paddle, Stripe, and Wise). If a Payment Partner flags your account as prohibited or high-risk, we may suspend or verify your account independently of our own policies.

We reserve the right to take immediate action against violations, including but not limited to: (a) Removing content or listings; (b) Suspending or terminating accounts; (c) Freezing, delaying, or reserving payouts for up to 180 days to cover potential chargebacks or fines; (d) Reporting suspected illegal activity to Payment Partners and law enforcement.
