How do I get paid?
Your payments are settled via payment channels like Creem, Dodo, and Paddle.
Once funds settle to the platform, you can withdraw to your channel account (Wise, Stripe, LianLian), and finally to your bank card.
Who handles payments and compliance?
Our MoR partners handle global acquiring, taxes, and compliance.
GetPaid aggregation layer tracks your balance and routes payouts to your account.
Is it secure?
Yes. 'Money In' is handled by MoR partners (Creem, Dodo, Paddle), ensuring global acquiring and PCI-DSS compliance.
'Money Out' is handled by licensed providers (Stripe, Wise, LianLian) who manage KYC, bank linking, and fund settlement.
Can I use this as an individual?
Yes. KYC is done by our payout partners (Stripe, Wise, LianLian).
What are the payout methods?
- Overseas USD accounts (via Stripe/Wise).
- Mainland China bank cards (via LianLian Global - CNY).
How long do payouts take?
Platform Processing: GetPaid.page takes 30 mins to 2 business days.
Channel Arrival: After GetPaid sends funds to your channel account (Wise/Stripe/LianLian), you can withdraw to your bank. Stripe/Wise takes 1-3 business days, LianLian takes 2-7 business days.
What fees do I pay?
Platform Fee (1%) + MoR Fee (3.9%~5% + Fixed) + Payout Fee (Charged by Stripe/Wise/LianLian).

Customers pay in local currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.). You receive USD.
What happens with refunds or chargebacks?
If a refund or chargeback occurs, the amount is deducted from your balance.
For chargebacks, the MoR may charge an extra dispute fee (typically $15).
Are there limits on how much I can withdraw?
Yes. For safety, Tier 1 (Basic) is limited to $5,000 lifetime payout. ID verification is required to exceed this limit.
Tier 2 (Verified ID) increases the limit to $50,000. Withdrawals exceeding $50,000 require additional security review.
What businesses are prohibited?
We cannot support: Adult content, Gambling, Illegal drugs, High-risk financial schemes, or Counterfeit goods.
